YPM Inc. (“YPM” or “we”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to users of our online “Services”. It describes how we may collect, use, and share your Personal Information. It also explains related rights and choices you may have.

What is “Personal Information”?

Categories

The Personal Information we collect depends on the nature of your interaction with us or our Services, and may include:

Your contact information (such as first and last name, business name, address, email address, phone number) and other identifiers that are specific to you or the computer or mobile device with which you access our Service (such as username, IP address, cookie ID and similar information).
• Financial information. Data to process payments and billing, such as payment card information, which is processed securely on our behalf by a trusted vendor.
• Commercial information. Data about what products or services you purchase, obtain or consider, or offer for sale.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” Please keep in mind that credit card information is not collected, accessed, or stored by YPM Inc. All payment information is entered directly into the payment processor website and not accessible to YPM Inc.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We may also obtain information about you from other sources. For example, we may collect Identifiers, Professional or Employment Information, or Internet Activity that you have chosen to share on social media platforms. (To the extent you disclose such information through widely distributed media or on a public platform, we may not be required to treat it as Personal Information under applicable law.) We may also obtain information about you from our customers, to the extent they share that information pursuant to our business obligations to them.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Right to Know

You may request that we provide you with a list of the categories of personal information we have collected about you within the past 12 months, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the purpose for collecting, disclosing, Selling or Sharing the information, and the categories of “third parties” to whom we disclosed, Sold or Shared that information. You may also request that we provide you a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months. You may make a Request to Know up to two times in a 12-month period, subject to verification limitations described in the CCPA. Our method for verifying any particular request weighs information we receive as part of the request, the sensitivity of the consumer information at issue, and the risk of harm to the consumer from unauthorized disclosure.

Right to Correct or Delete

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

If a business collects Sensitive Personal Information* for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, you have the right to request that the business limit its use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information to that use and disclosure which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests such goods and services. (YPM does not collect Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.)

* Under the CCPA, Sensitive Personal Information includes social security number; driver’s license or state identification number; complete account log-in credentials; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; the contents of a consumer’s mail, email and text messages (unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication); genetic data; biometric information; health information; and information concerning sex life or sexual orientation.

Right to Opt-Out of the “Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information

Under the CCPA, you may request to opt-out of the “Sale” of your personal information—which the CCPA defines very broadly to include some transactions or arrangements that do not involve the exchange of data for money—and the “Sharing” of your personal information, which the CCPA defines as sharing with third parties for purposes of cross-site targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information in any traditional sense, but we do provide some partners (including some providers of third party cookies) with access to personal information for marketing-related purposes, which may be considered Selling or Sharing with those partners under the CCPA.

How to Make a Request

To submit a Request to Know, Delete, Correct or Opt-Out, click the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of our Website’s homepage. Alternatively, you may contact us to make any requests related to your personal information by sending an email to info@ypm.com. When you make a request, we may take steps to verify your identity before responding. This is to protect your information. Our method for verifying any particular request weighs information we receive as part of the request, the sensitivity of the consumer information at issue, and the risk of harm to the consumer from unauthorized disclosure.

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another consumer as their authorized representative, you must include the foregoing information about the consumer and provide proof of permission from the consumer to make the request.

After confirming receipt of your request, we’ll contact you if we need more information in order to verify it. If we can’t verify a request, we may deny it.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that any of your children have provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

Browser Privacy Signals

If you have configured your browser to send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will interpret that signal as your Request to Opt-Out of cookies on our Website that may involve a Sale or Sharing of your personal information. Data Subjects In The EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland

YPM is a California corporation headquartered in Irvine, California that does not have an office, employees or other establishment in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any other country outside the United States (collectively, with EEA countries, the “Other Countries”). Our Services are not targeted to natural persons in Other Countries. If you visit our website or contact us, your Personal Information will be processed in the United States—which has not received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Commission as referenced in Article 25 of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)—and will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable U.S. law, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing with you or a third party you are affiliated with.
