    IRVINE, CA (March, 2015) -YPM, Inc of Irvine, California announced today the acquisition of the media account portfolio of Ketchum Directory Advertising (“KDA”), effective March 6, 2015.

    KDA has an extremely long and respected history in the directional marketing/search space, with the firm at one time being owned by global media agency Omnicom Media Group, Inc. (NYSE: OMC). In 2009, this division of Omnicom was sold to private owners and has operated as such until this YPM acquisition. This is YPM’s third acquisition of a directional/search media agency over the past 6 years, one of which was Chicago based Grey Directory Marketing, Inc.

    Considered the premier directional/search agency in the U.S.A., and largest by overall online and offline revenue under its media management, post transaction, YPM will serve an additional 65 media brands equating to over $45.0M in additional media revenues in its overall portfolio.
